Apparently Eva is 3 going on 16!!! She was hanging out with me over the weekend and actually LET me take some pics, what do you think of my little actress??

So I am journaling about being a journalist, lol, it seems like lately I've been doing a lot of photojournalism and this birthday shoot turned out great to try out my Newspaper actions and I really like the way it turned out! I will definitely have some more (in color) coming soon! Here is a tiny Sneak Peek :)

Check it out, I'm happy to present these Sneak Peeks to the super-cool Blaser family! They were an awesome family, full of energy, life, and love! I had a great time with everyone, I hope you guys enjoy these! I had a hard time picking my favorites but somehow I was able to narrow them down to these few!! ^_^

I have been super-busy but I have also been out of the studio since last Thursday... I will be officially back to work on Tuesday (my bday is Monday!!!) and I will be catching up on work, emails, phone calls, all that good stuff!

Round 2 of the photo posts from our modeling sessions! These sisters were perfect little curly girlies! ENJOY!

Hey everyone! We had a great time at our group photo shoot, I think it went off without a hitch. I honestly think we were the only people in our city that didn't get rained on, lol! We kept looking at the sky and never did it really start raining on us even though everyone coming in said it was raining where they came from!!! I think that was pretty awesome.

I will slowly be releasing Sneak Peeks of each child or group as we go along. My goal is to post one a DAY! So keep your eyes peeled. Our first little model is V!

So you have probably seen this cute little model around my website before! She was awesome enough to do some modeling for myself and another photographer last week. We had several awesome little models and I will be trying to release a sneak peek for each of them as we go along. All of these photos were taken by Andrea Halsey Photography.

Okay, so I am totally biased, yes, but Troy is the cutest little bugger ever!!! Hehehe, he was hanging out with me late at the studio today and I was (unsuccessfully) trying to use him as my model inside with my new lens. Well... after that wasn't working out we decided to hang out in the garden and I sort of brought my camera w/ my trusty 50mm as an afterthought. Anyway, here are some photos of my cutie in the sunset. 

John and I surprised Eva by showing up at her school picnic. She was SO SUPER cute and excited!! She was just all grins and so proud :) I got to capture her and some of her friends, here are some of my favs:

I had the unique opportunity to do this journalistic-style photo shoot with little miss "L" and her grandparents. She is one lucky little girl to have such caring and loving grandparents, and they are so lucky to have such a super cute little girly! Here are just a few of my favs but I couldn't post all of them!

I am very excited to get these photos up for this very sweet family! I had a great time at the park with this family, and their little boy was sooo sweet! A little on the shy side but after 5 minutes he warmed up like a charm! And how beautiful is their little girl?! I think big brother will do a great job looking out for her!

I am so excited to show off these new Sneak Peeks of J! We had a great time at the park and these smiles are especially for his mom!

Veronica and I had a blast with her bridal portraits and I just can't WAIT until the wedding! It will be so unique and fun, I'm very excited. I will say it was very hard to get a serious look from her so this first shot is awesome! She is just naturally a fun-loving and happy person and just makes you feel good to hang out with her! I love this first shot because it is an almost-serious look but you can still see she's about to laugh. After the park, we headed downtown to catch a train! Ha, we had a lot of fun, I hope you enjoy these Veronica!!!

The new website should have plenty of great new examples of my latest work and easier to navigate, but the part I am MOST excited about is to introduce my new blog side of the website! Now you wont miss a beat, you can check out everyone's Sneak Peeks, and see what I'm up to lately! So, with just testing the waters, here are some photos I took of Eva yesterday with my new toys :) I will post about them more later!
